Any one aware of SHI layoff? Any news?

Traditionally they layoff on a Friday so the associate gets their Saturday/Sunday pay. I maybe wrong though.
No news of layoff till now at SHI looks like this for SHC only
As soon as we can navigate the Indian laws on winding down a business, the reductions will start. Not everybody will be let go, we have to keep a core group in all three sites since there is support work being done in all of them. Vendor contracts are first on the chopping block though, so there may be more support and customer service work brought in-house.
Does not answer the question. Just because people are leaving doesn't mean no layoff.
No impact to SHI already so many are leaving on their own. They may end up combining bother the floors into one. Will save a lot of rent.

Wouldn't this mean Sears is done if they closed IT? I'm just waiting for Thursday and Friday and see if it's true about a major layoff of corporate people.
SHI is all gone, according to my sources.
They just need to do the fiddling around with the Indian Government before the drop the nuke on everyone.
