Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

I absorbed 134 percent of my hours this week...can I keep my job.

I want to change my managers name to d---o. I believe it would be a battle of wits between him and a real d---o...freakin id--t....trying to get a tool out the f---in door and he's worried about the god damn observation cards....can someone upstairs please audit what this f--- really accomplishes sitting behind the desk. Who gives a rats a-- about the KPI's...we are doing the work do we really need a $150k salaried d--k telling us what we accomplished. Maybe he can grab his ears and pull up hard until he hears a big pop and his head releases from his A--.

Yea...even when it's a SAP problem....spend more time screwing with SAP time entries and other b---s--- than working on problems that I am trained to do. Why is it that we have 30.00 hr technicians inputting $12.00 hr work that a admin should be doing.

Would this not allow for the experience to work on what they need to do and allow less costly staff to input the trivial b---s---.

I don't plan on working in Saudi anyways...so I will be leaving soon.

Tired of the b---s---....could get better treatment at Walmart.

The answer is if this is a pattern of behavior, unless you are mission critical, or you told your supervisor about these hours about it ahead of time so he can figure out how to get the job done in less hours, you really might not be able to keep your job. No one wants a 34% upside surprise in their KPIs out of nowhere.

Contrary to what you may think, 134% of your hours is not you doing a good job. It's you going 34% over budget. People two levels above you do not give a sh-- about your circumstances. They only know you are costing extra time and money and will demand to know why.
