Yes I wonder when that Manager will get RIF'd. There may be less headcount but there aren't any process improvements. Just more workers, not managers, picking up the slack.

From what I've heard in NYC yes, San Diego will be targeted in early 2019.

There have been a lot of process improvements that some would equate to a need for lower headcount, but for most, those changes have just made a very long a day little more tolerable. Regardless of what anyone thinks, this is a relationship business and reductions there would be front and center for our agency partners to see. A big black eye and certainly not "under the radar" as most other cuts appear to have been.
