What is the current severance package for those being IRIF'd today? I was let go after 38 years when they shut down our research center two years ago. At that time we still got 1 week per year of service, but I have heard that is no longer the case. I just can't believe how badly things have deteriorated at Xerox over the past several years. They also recently updated the policy to let them cheat employees out of severance. Haven't heard if they tried to do that today.
8 weeks max for non-exempt
Max severance is 12 weeks, no matter how many years of service you have.
