What do you expect as it relates to layoffs in the banking sector here in Toronto? Is it going to be massive? Any thoughts?

TD is not done ...they still need to clean out some more of the "I have done this before with great success executives" who usually last about 18 months before being exposed as nothing more than hot air and canned slides...one piece of work who was going to save the day is now at Westjet ...complete rube
About a week after another round of layoffs at TD Bank in March 2019, the press announced TD Bank will sign on as anchor tenant for a new 46-story office tower at 160 Front St W.
They have frozen hiring and spending and travel so I think they’ll get acquired
Totally agree about Agile: complete garbage not worth composting. TD hired a scrumMaster in NY for its spotlight project because hey, it's agile, you need one.
Agile is garbage...on the plus side it keeps projects going forever so pumps up job numbers.
As all Canadian banks are applying the latest Agile/Scrum/DevOps modules + Artificial intelligence, jobs for human beings are coming to an end sooner than you & I can think of.
