Good Job Managers! Here are the Bonuses for all the years of closings stores and making NO profit. Store employee ~ Sorry your store is closing ~ Here is a few bucks for your 45+ years of service. You will find another job somewhere. By the way your pension is gone also.

Exactly and the people who are getting those bonuses helped run the company into the ground. They get bonuses, yet the low level employees don't get anything and will be out of a job soon

People in the upper echelons like this don't really think much of 'the little people' like us. And I don't mean 'think badly of', just 'don't even think about at all'. We're like ants to them. Easily stepped on and quickly forgotten.
Hope they know those bonuses will be saturated with the 'blood' of lost stores and jobs.
All the more reason why regular employees don't really care about anything within the stores.. Their severance gets cut, their insurance gets terminated, eventually loosing their jobs while the people that mismanaged the company walk away with a sweet deal! Absolutely disgusting company
Trump had said so himself that Sears' demise was due to being poorly managed in recent years.
Maybe Trump can recommend a good lawyer for them when this is all over
