I have a job offer from Appdynamics and also from Dynatrace? Which one would be a wise choice in terms of growth, stability, and stress-free life?

I was at AppD and got laid off. You can't get anything done there. All the leadership has left. No projects ever get done. Everyone is territorial over projects. Not a collaborative environment.
Appdynamics has a target reduction of 20% be 2019. The leadership of AppD has already left the company. It is more or less orphan child now, earlier with Collaboration and now with networks.
