I know a lot has been said about the impact of introducing new technologies and automation on the workforce. For me this is a process that’s coming much faster than we might think, and it’s not a question of machines replacing people's jobs, but with the deployment of new technologies the company itself is changing in its essence and will be in demand or a very different profile of workers than we are used to seeing in retail. Think it’s smart to be prepared for this kind of changes.
