Denied. Escalated with tremendous evidence and still got the middle finger. Verizon is the devil.

denied and have got nothing (and expect nothing). will probably be leaving in the next 6 months, or sooner. hoping for VSP 2.0 to send me out with a kiss because I had raised my hand the first time. but not expecting it.
