As an employee, shareholder, and customer, I don't see how upper management has done right by any group. Burn out the employees, frustrate the customers and tank the stock. Is this "how you lead with heart", CVS?
Exactly what @WGmEKSP-zmp said. There is no group that can honestly say they are happy with how CVS is doing business right now. And yet those on top manage to keep their jobs. How?
