The company has lost most of it's knowledge. No respect for the tribe elders, and a bunch of management from the top down that think they and their little chosen few know better than anybody else. This is not how successful companies operate, those who ate successful such as Richard Branson truly appreciate their employees and don't keep what little profits they can squeeze out after destroying their companies for themselves.

The guys we are “loosing” have 40+ years of service and spend most of the time out on benefits with operations, so not going to hurt to much, plus they for the most part refused to adapt with tech changes still testing with side kick meters. “What’s a Db ?” “If It touches it talks” not necessarily old timer.
Seems they are keeping one old guy that kbows whats going on in the areas i know of. Thr kids don't know how to line up analog circuits, can't fifure out how to work on the DMS amd can't even log into the DACS. All i do is help CO, Specials, and try to fix cable the kids can't fix. Full time job helping those who can't do their job, do their job. And it's not their fault, it is the companys fault for hiring people with no experience that don't even know the color code. We have some that can't work cable if there is no cell sevice cause they can't google color code.
