Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

My New Year's wish

I hope that 2019 is the year when Xerox starts treating its employees with dignity and respect once again.

I know it's most likely just a pipe dream, but this company used to stand for something and people loved working here.

Today, fast food employees get more respect than we do (and don't get me wrong - they should get respect, but so should we.)

So here's hoping.

It’s a lovely dream, but unrealistic. It’s all about the cash. The few lower level managers remaining will be squashed if compassion is shown. It’s down to maximum output with minimal resources and minimal compensation.
