So from what I understand there will not be any more Regional selections going forward. It will return to the old way of ASM hiring but there still will be a quarterly Talent evaluation done at the market level.
So there'll be a big emphasis on moving ASM's of quality to ensure the complex stores have the top talent in the market.
Yes stores will have reductions in ASM headcount but complex stores will not be affected. It will be based off of sales volume and how easy or hard the store is to operate.
