When thieves try to steal when LP is in the store, they get caught and return the merchandise.
My wife was LP at Lowe's for 4 years and got canned yesterday. She was LP at Sears for many years before that. She has a great working relationship with the police department and other LP's in the area..including a secret facebook network. In our town, she is on first name basis with many habitual thieves because she's busted them before over the last ten years.
In our town, Lowe's is laying off LP, and Home Depot is hiring LP. Care to guess how this is going to turn out?
So thieves don't steal when LP is in the store?
Marvin sure knows how to make things sound good. He only mentioned about LP title change to Asset Protection, Operations & Safety BUT not that all class 1-4 stores LP positions were eliminated! Yeah announce the truth and how many more positions you fired and screwed them with 1/2 severance to a week and not two wks. for every year & 40 hrs base pay when it’s mandatory to work 48. Announce that to all external shoppers and stock holders. I guess he forgot to mention those important details to save his @ss!
And alert the thieves. Oh wait, they've already been alerted & started having parties.
