I was an asm in burlington nc and sales manager in greensboro nc that was laid off two years ago. My blood ran blue in both positions was super loyal until myself and two other asms were laid off with me. Lp psi and pse helped me achieve great success while i worked there. The severence package helped ended up as a store manager at big lots after five months of looking. Later decided to sell home and moved out of state to get a much better store manager job with tj max. Sometimes you have to make big moves to get ahead. There is a light at the end of tunnel. I still have friends from Lowes and my heart goes out to all those effected. Stay strong it does get better!!!!

I was an asm and had been with the company for 13 years. Last year, after the restructure, after less than two months they started blaming certain salaried employees for everything seemingly in an effort to push more tenured, invested employees out. It’s a shame it’s so much easier to get rid of those who have invested and moved up when it takes an act of Congress to move on from employees who don’t show up half the time.
I ended up with a job with a set schedule, more time off, better benefits. Happy they made that choice for me
