Was right in predicting that Ravi is going to replace the previous IT leadership with his own cronies from Sandisk when he was hired as CIO. Pretty sure he will continue to do that and all those cronies that he hired will likely going to slowly replace their own teams with their own folks. I foresee that Penang SRC will eventually be replaced by Pune in the near future. Just be prepared for more layoffs in IT.
