Can’t believe the same VP sales is still there. I remember 3 years ago when he tried to book a new deal with EDF France while CA Belgium was trying to book a renewal for the same scope. When he got caught he blamed and fired the sales guy. Poor management deserves respect and promotion at CA. it tells a lot

Good luck to those staying or leaving ? Nevertheless the list of people leaving is done. HR and VP Sales pretending nothing is done but this is all FAKE.

Laws and regulations in France are quite strict with these kinds of things. This is one of the reasons why employees in France don't know what's happening to them, this slows things down considerably. Since there was another layoff ("plan social") recently, it complicates any new layoffs going forward. It will be a long time before we see who in France will be affected (I would expect at the very least 6 months). The good news is that with the unions and the work council ("comité d'entreprise" or "CE"), employees asked to leave will get very generous packages.
