I keep hearing club hours will be changing after the holidays. Clubs will start opening at 10 like we use to. Any truth to this ?

Delivery is not thru Sam's there will be a fee to get your merchandise delivered. Im sure some will go that route but not all.
Of course this is a true statement! That's what time COSTCO opens. We can not think independently and do anything original at Sams Club. We just have every one watching Amazon and Costco and try to copy every thing they do. Sams doesn't stand a chance. We don't care about the business members any more. Can't even give them a free cup of coffee in the mornings now!Our regular business members that I worked with quit shopping at our club because the meat department was unaccommodating when it came to case pricing and ordering. When we did order cases of meat for them it was full of fat and was never consistent in quality. Ask our FMM, he'll tell you. He never lifted a phone to call and resolve the issues.
Why would business members need to come in early if we now deliver to them??
We have a Costco Business Center across the street from us and they open at 7am. We have nothing over them.
The business membership is gone, has been for awhile now. But no one told the business members. They find out when they get a new no picture card or We won’t print a Company Card.
When Sam's changes hours this time, they will not care if the members are mad. That's the way they work now
In Puerto Rico clubs opens at 5am, for all members.
That is the only way an overnight crew could be eliminated. Sams attempted this about 15 years ago. It p-ss-d off too many business members. So they went back to 7am. Opening early is the ONLY advantage Sams has over Costco.
