Got the letter explaining pension ban increases and what you get if your offered a EISP. When they send this out it is usually followed by an offer. I say we will get one by April.

The letter explains that you do get the next pension band increase. I also got it. Offer probably will be coming but to who is the big question.
I see an EISP before the pension increase just like the heading says. They do not want to pay that increase. Big savings.
Click Bait Nonsense. Pension band increase addendum has nothing to do with an EISP. Especially 6months down the road.
Hopefully it will be offered after the pension band increase each year. Three increases , 2019,2020,2021, on the contract dates. They can offer one EISP each year.
