I've talked to two support people over the .com chat today, and apparently there's a new price Protection policy: orders that have earned more than base points can't be adjusted. Ergo, associates in the points program can't do price adjustments, at least officially online or over the phone, as those points void the protection. (In store I'm not sure)
Interesting how Sears and Kmart are pushing their spend and get offers but making it so their protection policy won't cover any purchases made to use them. Not sure if this is linked to SYW winding down or them being cautious because of bankruptcy, but interesting nonetheless. Thoughts?
