To -iten: The royalty model is the way Q has been doing business for eternity, whether no one else had the balls to make modems back then or call it luck & intelligence, we got in as undisputed leaders and the royalty model was not questioned. One cannot say the Starbucks cup holder wrap inventor should not be paid that much after 5 years of receiving compensation. Also do you think other companies are all out there with great business practices!? Even though I dont like many of our executives and their stupid decisions, we cannot now back off and say that the golden egg is not worth that much.

Q is paying for being an arrogant company with an unethical business model, as confirmed by multiple documented infractions and fines all around the globe. Until the unethical and unfair business practice is changed. Tim Co0k and other industry leaders will keep resisting and, as icing on the cake, get rid of arrogant Q leadership and arrogant Q company culture which has no place in this industry.

Q has another few years before folding or becoming weak enough to get acquired with the goal of significant culture, leadership and business model change. If you think last couple of years were bad, wait until pile of cash is spent away on BS like share repurchase at way above market prices - yet another demonstration of executive incompetence at work!

Hock will be back

Up in the smart end of California, where condemning someone’s s-xual orientation or mocking female experts in your field a painful form of career s---c-de, tech will eventually dry up in San Diego and you will be forced to keep hateful comments to yourself, or work a fulfilling job at Walmart.

Whatever Qualcomm did, Apple will never forgive until all of you fit into building R.

No one had or have the guts to fight Apple. In that regard, credit to Qualcomm for showing its own small muscle. Apple is a parasite. Everyone knows that. If they can use and throw companies at will bankrupting them, they will see the world ganging up on them. Right now, they make one or 2 good products so that keeps the enemies silent.
