Found this article accidentally, and I was glad to see that someone wrote about what BBB workers are faced while doing their jobs. Even though, this just scratches the surface of what we really encounter on a daily basis, while dealing with the customers, thought it was interesting. I ’m sure many of you who read it will find a lot of similar situations in your personal experiences.
