Things have gotten from bad to worst at our store.... now the loony tunes manager is saying Eddie's plan is working and we will run Target out of business... worst of all he has some of these dumb--s kids believing it. ..my God I can't take it anymore...

There were two types of managers I worked for when I was with Sears.
One type would inspire the employees to push for their personal best.
The other type would be the type that would F up a Kool Aid stand .
