Spring Hill Bed Bath & Beyond is the latest store closing.
Now I'm starting to worry that that post that mentioned 75 stores closing might not have been trolling after all. Worrying about this is the last thing I needed right now.

Spring Hill isn’t the only store closing. Several others are closing before the end of Q4, but go ahead and bury your head in the sand. For what it’s worth, the Company is using “lease negotiations” as a cop out instead of just stating the obvious - they over expanded into markets that couldn’t support them. There’s nothing wrong with downsizing to a more appropriate store count, but being the financially prudent (dare I say cheap) Company that it is, they might overdo it and tighten up a little too much.
Oh no, everything is closing... run for the hills. Btw, do you have an idea if the lease is expiring soon?? Fact trumps fiction.
