I disagree, this smells like propaganda. They missed the part where Sears had almost no value when Lampert took over. This piece also covers student debt, and talks about rigged systems and becomes a political lecture. Sears has been slowly falling since the mid 80's and anyone who is dancing around that fact is either foolish or pushing an agenda.
