I know the last thing on some people's minds is a raise, but I'm trying to think ahead while I'm weighing a job offer I got versus staying here.
I'm just wondering if raises will be affected by the constant restructuring and reorganization? I'm starting to think there are slim chances they'll remain untouched.
Any info on this?
