They have broken a lot of laws. I even recorded one and talked about it with a lawyer but he said it wouldn't be worth the hassle
The work environment has progressively become more toxic. Managers are protecting each other and withholding info. The “content of management’s character” is corruption and deception in other words.

I thought the same thing about the previous post. Sounds like somebody is on the other side of the fence... TR should practice what they preaches to the employee.. being transparent.

I’ve witnessed widespread corruption, harassment, and unethical practices on behalf of management. Sales directors are known to regularly inflate the sales revenue reporting figures to give the impression of a growing business
People keep posting. Only cure for corruption is disruption!
Yes if the leaders don’t like these posting, they can provide more information
I like these postings. They are really harmless expressions. Enough bickering! We're done with that!
GM and Ford are being more transparent about the up coming lay off..so that people have time to
adjust....but guess not here.
Leadership is a disgrace, the way they are handling things is criminal

I think people are trying to fight against the wrong doing by the employer...nothing wrong with that.
The objective for posting is to inform your peers. Recent entries have been childish, toxic, and without merit to fuel more fear.
Please do yourself a favor and leave if you are unhappy. If you received notice, be grateful you are out and in control of your future. Life is too short.
