I’m sure the HR director made this post. They monitor the lay-off site to watch for trends. Humana is not going away. If anything they will grow. However programs like Humana at Home most likely will be going away as more
Providers and hospitals do what we are doing
They are killing their nurses slowly by working them to death!! Not a healthy situation for us. They just keep piling on more members and the members are very sick. We don’t have time to do a good job anymore. Nurses are not putting in for OT or missed breaks/lunches again!!

Oh course Humana is not going down. The company is very profitable. That does not mean that certain segments within the company will not be affected y a reduction in force.
Exactly. The company restructured to support the profitable line of business and is strengthened.
