They might not be able to lay you off while on medical but they can sure play dirty pool to keep you out the door. While you're on medical leave and try or are ready to come back, they say, "sorry, we can't just create a job for you!" - even when you're job is being 'held'. They do not try to do whatever they can to assist you in coming back. They do not comply with disability laws or their own policies on medical leave/return to work. This is absolute truth!
