Thread regarding Kmart layoffs

Must have been nice to have that many employees. We don't even have a third of that, and most of those rarely work more than three days a week. Our weekend roster is usually seven people or fewer, and some of them might not even show up. Yet this company, in its infinite wisdom, believes it can pretend to be an "integrated retail" powerhouse, sending hundreds of online orders to our store each day, most of which are supposed to be shipped out, even as there might be one or two people to do them all throughout the day, even as they struggle to do all their other jobs. I can only imagine there are going to be lots of dissatisfied online shoppers.

I've no doubt we won't be all that far behind you in closing.
