CTCA zion at one point was a great place when I started out and probably would still be if I was still there. This place is good for the patients and it is all about the patients. When the first layoff happened and was told that those individuals had gotten a package to me those individuals was treated like garbage to be thrown out and after that did not have much thought about the company that I worked for. I had no respect for management and did not believe what they said when it came to the layoff. I was told that it would not happen again but once you have one layoff you know that more will come down the road. I was right and it did happen. I found that it happened to me in 2020. I feel that it was the best thing that could have happened. There are so many opportunities out there and to this day don't miss being there. When i was there was being cut down so many times. I saw favoritism which was denied. At times felt bullied from staff but did not feel comfortable going to management due to the feeling of favoritism. Since being out from that building I feel like I got myself back into feeling good in what I do and would never want to go back to that. I think to this day those that are still there don't realize what they have done or don't think that they have done anything wrong. I have not run into those individuals but when I do I will be like one of those cancer patients and tell them that I am a survivor. I made it through and that I know I have a better future ahead of me. I do have moments that those bad memories come up and all I do is tell myself it is just a bad memory and the good thing is that I don't have to go in to relive that memory. Someday I will run into others like me and we all have one thing in common and that is we are survivors. CTCA is no longer something to look up to. It is just like any other place that has a few bad skeletons in there closet that they don't want anyone to know what they did. We are those skeletons that are out there to voice what they did. Yes they gave us package but how they did it in the end felt like garbage being thrown out. Will never go back there.

Cut the lies CTCa marketing !!! The place is in shambles. No one likes it there. People stay until they get a good send off package which are not as good now that they are broke
You are all so negative ! I am still working here in Tulsa and can tell you we can’t even get enough employees fast enough to handle the influx of patients being flown in from MD Anderson! Word is out - cancer patients are begging to get into our doors! If you were let go it’s because you had a flaw. Pray on it and bless your heart as we say here in Tulsa ! Thoughts and prayers. Lol

So many federal government issues
Get as much as you can then get out of this scam hospital. Hard to get another job as the industry Knows this is a disreputable place. They forge their employee surveys to get best places to work by threatening to fire you if you don’t answer the surveys in a positive light even though everyone that works there is just collecting a pay check
More are definitely coming. The top people don’t know what they’re doing but they don’t care. Just collecting their checks until they move onto the next company. They came from consulting backgrounds so that’s how they operate.
