The PC position will be retained.
The TC position will not.
It’s not much of a secret any longer.
It’s part of the transformation in 2019.

You really think Walmart is going to “prepare” you for taking your job away??? Then apparently you don’t or never worked for Walmart. There won’t be no we think your job is going away........they will let you know how long you have until it’s gone.....then see you!
Claim will be handled my Dept. Mgrs that are left using new app.
Nope. Don't see it happening. Been talking about this c-ap far too long. I'm not concerned just yet. Too much still to be done to eliminate PC's
I suggest you make your plans now, get what you need paid off and be ready.
3goe if you are a PC what will you do if we are eliminated? Severance? Another position? What if we are offered an ASM position? Would you take it? Trying to decide what I should do myself. I too am a PC
I am a PC, I can see my job going away little by little each day. I don’t have anything to do with scheduling anymore, I hire people, just not so many right now. No one claims they know anything about my job going away, but we all know that’s bs! I’ve heard TC is going away......but who knows.
If it’s going away in March then we will be told something after first of year.......
Only office left is Pc and Tc and claims.
They should outsource management positions. They don't do anything anyways
Define office positions. PC and TC.
Is claims considered a back office? Don't know how they would take claims to third party. But then again I didn't think I'd ever see the day where cashiers would be replaced, robots would be scanning out and the floors it would be cleaned by a computer operated floor scrubber.
Not many office position left.
