Isn't it interesting: CSX's Foote worked for the railroad since 18, learning the craftsmanship of a trade and understanding what it takes to make a railroad run. Contrast that with equity class and Kellogg School of Management UP CEO Lance. Lance has no idea what the material reality of a railroad is. He's a numbers boy, working hard to please the hedge funds, investment banks, debt and equity market players, etc.
Just don't let Exclamation Point Guy know.
It's a popular job search forum, Lance shows to have a 24% approval which is among the worst in the country.
Interestingly CSX CEO Jim Foote had a worse rating at 20% which puts him in the top 10 worst approved CEOs.
The Glassdoor forum is a way to show the dissatisfaction of the employee base to the public, such as job seekers, stock analyst, STB etc.
Don’t see your point. It’s like Yelp for job-seekers. And not very reliable one either. Try making a negative review there. It either gets buried soon, or answered by corporate shills, or both.
