Guys, short story, Q maybe used to be awesome, gotta tell you, they are bottom tier employer now.

I left and now make 10% more. BUT BUT here is the killer. Now I have my evenings and weekends back to enjoy. ALSO have a REAL health plan. ALSO have a fun working environment where colleagues are at work by 8:30 and work hard then finish and leave 5:30-6. No meeting BS/no endless 'sync ups'/no agonizing 'scrums'/no 9pm calls with India/no IMs at all hours.

First and last post here to try to encourage those good honest people at Q to wake up and improve your lot. So long.

Can we have a meeting to plan a meeting to discuss your slides? Let’s constantly edit the slides and im at all hours of the night.
