Would anyone share what the severance percentages are? I heard it’s based on years of service. So for example if you have 10 years or 20 or 30, what is your multiplier?

From what I understand, it’s a combination of years of service and current job level. I know of one person who was a level 19 and 15 years and they got 7 months.
I’d be interested in hearing more data points on this topic. Especially level 19 + 5 years...
