After putting everything I have into this railroad for over 35 years, It is so hard to see this. Employees are the lifeblood runnibg thru the rails of this company. My heart goes out to each one of you who were recently cut or those who are left to pick up the pieces. Please stay strong. Keep your heads up. When these things happen and you’ve spent your life focusing on working on the railroad to make it the best in the industry and decisions such as this are being made, it certainly makes you think about what is really important in life. Love your family and fellow man. Look out for each other and hold each other up through this. God Bless you all.

Look on the bright side. If you have 5 you won’t leave empty handed. You will collect down the road.
Sad to be in the middle of it. Seven years at UP, two at this location and the best I can hope for is to wind up at the bottom of the roster...
