Was hoping that the trial would start sooner and get this over with as soon as possible, but as this thing unfolds it’s becoming more clear that this process is not going to wrap up any time soon. The other thing that I find interesting is that we have seen opposing statements from Q leadership and its legal team for the lawsuit. Just the other day SM stated that the companies are in constant contact and that they are close to settling the matter out of court. On the other hand, the legal team is dismissing any possibility of settling. Who is lying?
