Is this evaluation process for management only or is it for hourly associates as well?

To the obvious Kool-Aid slurping cheese brain trying to tell us the world is flat: Noooo, these are not uninformed opinions, these are experiences we current and former employees have had at the hands of that miserable company. And I don't care how high up in that racket you are, don't think for a second you're immune from the screwing happening to YOU

My take on it is to not work for Walmart. Unless you enjoy going thru layoffs every 9 months, have unfair managers and a cut throat polical work environment

More uninformed opinions posted here.

Many things are tracked at the store and market level by Bentonville, one of the biggest is associate retention. The focal point being a low turnover percentage at stores.

The goal is not to terminate people, in fact it’s just the opposite. The new eval is designed to streamline the eval process at the field level. It has without a doubt.

Their discipline process is called 'Coaching for Success' but should be re named 'Blocking Your Unemployment'

It’s called rank and yank. Google GE and Amazon to read about it.
