Lack of transparency

I've been at this company for over a decade and it always amazes me that I hear everything by rumor and by reading it in the freaking newspaper. Corporate announcements to worker bees are vague and say nothing. I am disgusted by their lack of transparency and just a sh--y way that they inform employees who make them billions of their career Futures. It's offensive.

I can say that this post by @Ws7btOP-1qjg tells the truth. It's just sad that behaviors like this have become a part of our corporate culture.

Notice how excited the new Leads are in both the internal calls and posts on the hub. But what’s the biggest takeaway from Investor Day? There will be cuts in workforce (12%), location, and spending. Mixed messaging is TR’s version of transparency
