What happens to 3rd Shift team lead if 3rd moves to days

If evening shift team lead moves to a light house on the moon they would have to deal with all the BS.

well DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH
in clubs where nights were eliminated the Night manager moved to one of the two shifts that the new "stocking crew" moved to while the team lead moved to the other. Example at my club night manager moved to the 4am- 12:30 shift while the Team lead moved to the 3-11 shift. They still need the club stocked and it's not so much of an elimination of the crew as a restructuring of the schedules they work.
