I answered the 8 questions in each 1 question for the person that can’t even hit their own goals (my manager showed me) yet somehow he’s gonna teach new people how to do their job or teach directors how to do their job? Who has made the mistake of keeping this turd around so long? Yet I’ve seen good people working hard get booted out? AND MG supports what he’s doing? What kind of leadership is that? Unbelievable, and that’s why this place continues to flounder. This guy (the one that did the survey) shouldn’t be anywhere near a leadership or new hire training position.
