For people with December March and well even June dates... Do they expect people to be fully mentally at work? Knowing people will be looking for jobs and their next moves. Knowing more vacation, personal and sick the key will be used... Again what are they expecting lol

Or like me and several others... accepted only to be denied. So now we are stuck here unmotivated and confused.
We started working on transition plans in November- met before 12/10 with potential replacements. Well ahead of most departments we are, hmmm?
Most at my job have always been full mental.
We we are having a team meeting to transfer my January 2019 projects. I'm finishing December projects this week. Follow checklist and answer questions?
Work load doubled. STI will not be 100% and that's that. Another c-appy day at VZ. Oh that's right, same sh-- as last year...so why do we think this will change anytime soon?
I find the ones I work with have increasingly short tempers and get agitated at everything much more than normal. Getting their off payroll dates seems to completely rubbed them the wrong way.
It is odd I’d think they’d be somewhat relieved especially since half of them are basically retiring.
I thought about this. The December release folks should be allowed to do their last two weeks out of the office. We're getting nothing out of ours. Wonder if this is an option?
I find that I am energized when activities I'm doing relate directly to getting someone to do my job when I'm gone.
I should have trained people to do my job years ago. :-)
The people that are staying ain't mentally at work. No one cares anymore. Your work load just doubled or tripled.
