I have a feeling that our club will be closed after the first of the year. If it is just let us know so we can job search. Because I don’t imagine they will offer severance to you if they close your club. But till till then just come clock in and do the job.

Stop. Really.
I worked in a city where a club closed. They paid them for 60 days then those who couldnt find a location to transfer to and qualified for severance received it after the 60 days were up.
