We know it’s coming. They’ve told us we’re overstaffed. The realignment makes no sense at all. Now it’s a waiting game of when. I suspect soon to avoid bonus payouts. If anyone gets concrete info, please share.

Do you know what arre the plans for LTIH Program long term? And did Cheri say how many will be laid off and when we will know?
She confirmed this was for long term in home program and possibly transitions
If Cheri was telling the people, then it would make sense that teams aligned under her would be impacted. That may be why no other people have heard about it on other teams.
What part of in home will be impacted? Which roles, LTIH, SNP, or HCM? Thank you for sharing.
Just confirmed after being on a call with Cheri G. And our department heads...HAH In-Home side will have a RIF in February
Below poster, that rots...but it also may explain the other thread of the layoffs next week, to align with what you said. We were told if you were working for Humana on December 31, you would get the bonus and past RIF people got it last year
We were told no bonus if your 60 day notice is up before payout. If payout is March 22nd (for example), and you’re given your notice before Jan 22nd, no bonus. This was said by upper management while referencing our employee handbook.
And yes, I believe they are phasing out in home. With the recent “study”, not allowing all new refers to come through, Landmark and Kindred...
They cut is in half last Nov/Dec 2017. I see them cutting is in half again Within the next month. Then slowly phasing out everyone through 2019. Like they did with PHCs, etc. just my opinion.
If you worked thru Dec 31 and don’t commit a critical offense before they rif you, you get your “bonus”
Do you think they will get rid of in home care management?
