Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Just force their hand and make them pay for the layoff

There will ALWAYS be a severance or they will have to justify it as as being fired. And it is almost impossible to justify firing.

So just force their hand and make them pay for the layoff, there are a ton of jobs waiting - and you get a nice chunk of money and also Cobra pay.

Don't make their job easy, make them pay you to leave. They don't want US employees, make it cost them more money than they will save by offshoring. Remember layoffs take time and resource expense, yank them.

only at Lowe's they will hire 100 part time employees for one store location and after one year 80 will quit costing the company 5000 each, so take 80 x 5000 equals 400,000 dollars now just think pay the hard working people you do have save monies for the company.

now take this amount times each Lowe's home improvement store they are wasting hundreds of millions of dollars, this Lowe's management team could not coach a little league team.

There is no such thing as Cobra pay. I think he is referring to the Cobra Act, which is government funded Health insurance offered to those who are laid off. The x-employee must also pay into it.
