Just when I thought that Judge Drain had some integrity and was dealing on a level playing field, he gives Eddie and extension. Come on Judge Drain!! Do the right thing and kick Eddie out of the bidding.

Boy, you think stores are mty and moral is low now? Just imagine how much work will get done if this is delayed another week.
Article also states:
"U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Drain in the Southern District of New York, who is presiding over the case, could decide to give Lampert more time to improve on his bid, the sources said. A bankruptcy auction for Sears’ assets is not due until Jan. 14."
