Why you look at that. They released renderings of what the new "health hub" stores look like. Looks as if we are retaining 80-85% of our FS Sales Space. No crazy reductions, it is clear that FS will continue to be a focus for CVS through the coming decade. Why would they be keeping us in their health hub stores, testing innovative services in their beauty irl concept stores and continuing to reinvent their front store strategy in THH stores and all together, if FS was going away? Stop fear mongering on this site and realize we are not going away any time soon.

Nope former SM, have a real job now no longer a cashier/stock clerk/SM.
It pays to have an education. 6 figure job and actually get to manage now. 40hrs a week no weekends, nights, or holidays. CVS was a good job while I was in School. But the losers (Non Pharmacists) that stay there are just pathetic and have no skills to have a real job. Most SM are hs dropouts that just know how to ring a register and put away product because that is 99.99% of the SM's job.

Please share your THH experience. I was one of the first remodels and went through hell for over a year only to have a Regional Manager look me straight in the eye and tell me it was a very successful program. No clue! The vendor CVS first used delivered the banana’s FROZEN for months!
How about the idea that reinvented how customers navigate OTC by eliminating 4 feet of gondola in the middle of certain OTC aisles. If you really wanted to enhance the health of your customers, let them walk the extra 8-12 feet to get to the other aisle.
This is the nonsense you deal with when individuals with high paying positions have to justify their jobs.

Sooo a watered down remodel, because the two companies can’t fully integrate yet, and must operate independently of each other is supposed to be a good thing? How long can CVS bleed different corners of its business to pay for this, they need this acquisition to close ASAP.
