Im coming to realize that myschedule is not a demand tool. It is a budgeting tool to control payroll. If it was a true “demand” based system then it would populate more hours to care for our customers. Cvs is always preaching service, when in reality everything we do revolves around labor. If there truly was a desire to provide excellent service they would acknowledge that labor is the driver, there definitely is a direct correlation with service and payroll. How is it possible you are given the same demand almost every week? Me and my fellow colleagues have accepted that cvs is happy with the condition of our stores given the payroll we have. CFR 2.0 is nothing but a model to save more labor while keeping our shelves thin/empty. Basically every retailer/store out there has more than 2 people on staff.
