Lowes Corporate is so asswards. They have NO CLUE whats going on. They just invested 100 million (they claim) on Pro advertising and pro program, yet at store level, we pro specialists have NO resources, store manager support, and are literally tasked every day away from PRO. Pro customers cant even call the store and get anyone.
