FACTS. We had some divisions where one person would report to a Supervisor who reported to a Manager who reported to a Director who reported to a Sr. Director who reported to a Vice President who reported to a Sr. VP who ten reported to an EVP. You do the math. The mission of the company is to use premiums to pay for members healthcare, not a org structure that financially would have been a long term burden to support. Flip side keep the structure and raise premiums. What makes sense to you? Take the emotion out. Would an org structure like that work for you if you owned a business?
